Current football news:

• Several pictures from this past Saturday’s picture day at the football field have been posted - please contact John Dougherty if you have pictures you would like to submit for the Website, from either Saturday or any time throughout the season 
• Wednesday night, 8/20/08, at 6:30pm - Power-up Scrimmage - bring packs of PowerAde bottles or make donations for purchasing PowerAdes, for the boys to have throughout the season
• Friday night, 8/22/08, at 6:30pm - Jamboree at Pierce City high school - see the Directions page to find newly-posted directions for getting to the Pierce City high school
• Be sure to pay your $70 dues to the booster club for each of your football players, if you have not yet done so

The GHS Soccer team paid a visit to JFK Stadium last Friday night, while our Falcons football team was rolling over Kickapoo, to show off their District Championship trophy which they had just won that night, defeating Rolla 4-0.

Then Tuesday night, our Soccer team jumped on the “beat Kickapoo” bandwagon, and defeated the KHS Soccer team 3-0.

Next up they will take on St. Louis Vianney in a quarterfinals round, Saturday at 1:00pm, in Camdenton.  Way to go Soccer Falcons - keep up with the Soccer team at their Website!
