Zach Smith Update – as of Saturday 11/15/2008
Here is an update from the Smith familiy, regarding Zach’s condition – his brother Micah writes:
Zach is stable and is back on the ventilator. They cleared the fluid out of his lungs. Yesterday the doctor said Zach is ahead of where he would be expected to be. He was talkiing a little but due to the ventilator he is a little more sedated. The surgery on Wednesday was successful in stabilizing his spine. We are very touched and thankful for all the prayers. Everyone’s prayers have helped Zach greatly in overcoming some very big steps.
