Rolla’s Ground Attack Too Much for Falcons
Our Glendale Falcons went east on I-44 over to Rolla this week to take on the Rolla Bulldogs, and lost 7-28. Rolla’s grueling ground attack took its toll on the Glendale defense, yet by the half, our Falcons only trailed 7-14. But in the second half, with no sustained offensive drives by our Falcons, the Bulldogs chewed up most of the clock with their continued run attack, en route to scoring 2 more touchdowns, and the subsequent victory.
After opening the season with 2 tough road games, our Falcons finally get to come home next Friday September 12th, to take on the always-tough Camdenton Lakers – so come out and cheer on our boys to their first victory of the season – GO FALCONS!!!
