Congratulations to Our Fellow “Footballers”

The GHS Soccer team paid a visit to JFK Stadium last Friday night, while our Falcons football team was rolling over Kickapoo, to show off their District Championship trophy which they had just won that night, defeating Rolla 4-0.

Then Tuesday night, our Soccer team jumped on the “beat Kickapoo” bandwagon, and defeated the KHS Soccer team 3-0.

Next up they will take on St. Louis Vianney in a quarterfinals round, Saturday at 1:00pm, in Camdenton.  Way to go Soccer Falcons - keep up with the Soccer team at their Website!

The Fox TV affiliate in the K.C. area is having a vote to see which high school football game they should cover.  Please visit the Website link below, and vote for our game on Friday night!

Road Trip to Ray-Pec

TWO BUSSES TO RAY-PEC:
ONE FOR BOOSTERS, ONE FOR STUDENTS;
DON’T WAIT TO SECURE YOUR SEAT!
  

1.  Booster Bus–$20 per head, leaving GHS about 2:30 Friday, working on “Tailgate Dinner” plans.  Only 32 spots — first come first served — Call Beth Young, 890-9298, leave a message.
 
2.  Student Spirit Bus–Students must pick up permission slip from GHS Financial Secretary on Tuesday and return to her with money by 1:15 Wednesday.  If this bus does not fill by Wednesday afternoon it will not go, so spread the word amongst the kids!!!
